SERVICE OPTIONS
1. Place a service call for system diagnostics. 2. Call for a repair service. 3. Seasonal start up (summer/winter) includes a pilot's checklist: system tune
up and safety devices testing. 4. BEST DEAL is an annual service agreement. We can develop a service-plan;
build a relationship based on trust, respect and a proactive approach in order
to maximize system's performance. Reduce downtime and improve productivity
while reducing over-all cost.
The service fee for diagnostics and repairs is $130.00 per
hour. There is a two (2) hour minimum charge that includes truck charge, travel
and parking (parts are not included). HVAC equipment diagnostics, repairs,
retrofits and installations are provided for Manhattan businesses by Ariel Air
Company servicemen who have 20+ years of expertise servicing medium and large
air conditioning and heating systems for customers such as: office building
owners and their tenants, computer rooms, clubs, stores, restaurants and other.
Upon system's diagnostics completion, a written proposal
will be provided for an approval. A 50% deposit will be required for any work
desired and the balance will be collected when the project is completed.
Special orders and custom made equipment will be billed and paid prior to
delivery.
Credit applications may be provided up on request and are
subject to Ariel Air's terms and conditions.
Ariel Air provides ninety-days (90) workmanship warranty and
any Manufacture warranty if applicable.
