Terms and Conditions
SERVICES:
1. Diagnostics for HVAC systems and refrigeration 2. Installations, repairs and maintenace 3. Seasonal air conditioning equipment tune-ups
HOURLY LABOR CHARGES ARE:
Monday to Friday (8:00am to 4:30pm); $199.00
(2 hours minimum charge)
Overtime rate after 4:30pm is: 298.00
Standard Travel Charge: 75.00
Upon system's diagnostics completion, a written proposal will be provided. A 50% deposit will be required. The balance will be due on job completion. Special orders and custom made equipment will be billed and paid prior to delivery.
Thirty-days workmanship warranty.
Manufacturer's limited warranty is applicable.
No refund, return or exchange for parts and equipment installed.
Terms are subject to change without prior notice.
A payment is due upon service via: check or a credit card (No Financing).
